New Year New World Pinot Noir Masterclass!
31 January 2026 | 1:00–5:00 PM | Praelum Wine Bistro
Few grape varieties inspire as much fascination — or demand as much respect — as Pinot Noir. Delicate yet profound, transparent yet demanding, Pinot Noir is often described as a fickle grape: highly sensitive to site, climate, and the hand of the grower.
This masterclass offers a considered exploration of New World Pinot Noir, examining how this noble variety expresses itself across diverse regions and hemispheres. From coastal California and Oregon to Australia, New Zealand, Chile, and South Africa, the tasting highlights the interplay between terroir, climate, and winemaking philosophy.
The session is led by Fatsosomm, award-winning sommelier, whose guidance brings clarity and depth to one of the world’s most nuanced grapes.
